Access Commander WETM comes integrated with the
following standard modules:
Personnel
Management
The Personnel Management module manages pertinent
employee information, including but not limited
to their clearances, accesses, training, and background
investigations.
Visitor
Control
The Visitor Control module tracks security information
on visitors. The Visitor Control module maintains
pertinent information on individuals to include
their clearances, violations, training, assigned
properties, and documents.
Contract
Administration
The Contract Administration module maintains information
on all classified contracts that are being performed.
This module also tracks the subcontractors, personnel,
property, documents, and DD254 associated with
each contract. Reports are available to support
Defense Security Services (DSS) inspections.
Information
Systems (IS)
The IS module tracks classified computer systems
to include hardware, software, users, seal logs,
Certification Test Guides (Part 1 and 2), and
Reviewers.
Document
Management
The Document Management module tracks classified
documents for each contract. Access Commander
tracks the transmittal, revision and destruction
of the documents.
Property
Management
The Property Management module is the inventory
control subsystem that tracks all assigned properties
and equipment (i.e., safes, access keys, notebook
PCs, cellular phones, etc.) that require accountability.
The Property Management module assigns equipment
to employees to track items within their control.
Training
and Conferences
This module tracks personnel attending training
classes, meetings, or conferences. It is integrated
with Visitor Control to provide seamless personnel
check in and checkout process.
Visit
Request
The Visit Request module tracks all personnel
incoming and outgoing visit requests. Access Commander
provides an easy to use screen to assign and reassign
personnel to each visit request letter issued.
Access Commander provides standard reports to
automatically generate the visit certification
letters for a designated facility.
AD-HOC
Report
In addition to the comprehensive list of standard
reports available within Access Commander WE,
an Ad Hoc Report Writer module is also available.
In a simple table driven environment, any authorized
user can quickly and easily build reports that
include any set of data elements within Access
Commander WE. This flexibility allows users to
tailor reports to fit their management needs in
minutes.
